WhatWhereWhen does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. Your Plans, activities, and photos are stored on your device and synced only through your own iCloud account.
The Plans, activities, locations, participants, notes, and photos you create in WhatWhereWhen are stored using Apple's SwiftData and CloudKit. They sync automatically across your own devices through your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data, and it is never sent to our own servers because we don't operate any.
WhatWhereWhen may ask for permission to access the following, solely to power the features you use. None of it is used for tracking or advertising:
Suggested activities are generated entirely on-device using Apple Intelligence. Nothing about your Plans, activities, or location is sent to a server to produce these suggestions.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and by RevenueCat, the service we use to manage entitlements. RevenueCat receives your anonymous purchase/transaction information from the App Store in order to unlock plan slots or subscription features — it does not receive your Plans, contacts, photos, or location data.
If you choose to share a Plan with someone else, only that Plan's activities, locations, participants, and notes are shared with the people you invite, using Apple's CloudKit sharing. Journals are never included in a shared Plan.
WhatWhereWhen does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites.
